I've just taken the rear seats and seat belts from my clio... as I see it, if it had seats with no belts it would fail yes?

So what happens if I have no seats and no seat belts? Do they pass my car as something else or do I have too put it all back in for it's MOT?

if it has no seats and no seat belts cant see how they could fail it....

only need one seat in there with a seat belt to make it a road going car.

Legally you would have to tell the DVLA that you have made alterations to the number of seats in the vehicle.

Are you leaving the seats out permanently and have you told DVLA?.

Not sure if the details are cross referenced with DVLA for an MOT, not had to have an MOT for a few years
