Mounting JC5 gearbox instead of JB3

I have a 1.6 16v, Mk2 Ph1, the gearbox is a JB3. Now it's giving me some troubles so I'm looking around for a usaed JB3 gearbox to fit but...I've found none of them or the prices are reeeeeally too high. JC5 gearboxes are instead quite cheap and I founded lots of it.

So here's the question: do anybody know if a JC5 gearbox will fit my motor? I don't know if the clutch and all rest will fit.:S

as far as im aware apart from having slightly different ratio's and different bearings on internal gear shafts it should fit fine.

If the gear ratios are slightly different is not so important (if they are a little "longer" than the JB3 is even better), what really important is are the connection between gearbox and motor and between gearbox and chassis.
