Movies don't sync to iPad

Any ideas on this?

There are 4 MP4 movies in iTunes (they play fine). They are ticked to sync with the iPad, but when it syncs they don't send. No errors.

Music also isn't syncing.

They are showing in iTunes, and allow me to tick them to sync with the iPad (the memory bar shows the memory it'll take), once I press sync it misses them completely.

Makes no sense.

ive not since ota was introduced.
