Is there any way that I can connect an MP3 player to the standard cassette players in my car. Apart from one of those nasty cassettes with a wire coming out????

not unless your head unit has an aux in connection (like a CD in, on a minijack). Even then youll need to get a CDunit that supports MP3s,or a solid state unit (even more expensive?!).

sounds like you need an MP3 HU matey!

yeah get a tacky tape thing, i have. Its runs my minidisc player until i get a minidisc headunit.
