Msg "Oil Pressure Fault/Error"

Hello,

On the way into work this morning my car beeped at me then i had a message on the dash saying "Oil Pressure Fault/Error" this was also accomapied by the Oil light.

So i pulled over striaght away and turned the engine off. My oil level is fine.

I'm a little concerned now.
What do you think this could be? Has anyone seen or even heard of this?

extra info if it helps: The engine had been running for 15mins so was warmed up. erm.... the car has done about 12k, no new mods recently.

Did you check the oil level right after stopping? Or did you wait 10 mins or so?

immediately after i pulled over. then a few minutes after and then again just now at work a few hours later.

Still at a good level.

Car will always appear to have oil in it if checked right away, as it's splashed all over the place in the engine lol

Assume you used dip stick to check.

A 1.2 TCE is quite new? Get it back to Renault, but if all appears good, if it was me i'd just leave it.

But i hope it's not warning me of problems to come.
