Reinstalling the gf pc, although she wants all her custom emoticons backing up is there a file in which they are saved?

I've already reinstalled her PC and lost all her emoticons, how can i transfer all the emoticons from my PC to hers?

Thinking about it, can't you get the old PC to post some messages with the new PC copying and pasting to the new??
