after i install that patch i totaly lose my msn lol prob cus im installing to many of the options

Yep, hopefully you can restore it to how it was otherwise you'll need to reinstall msn again.

its all working perfert i removed nearly every thing from msn lol as this is on my car pc i dont need all that "CRAP"

lmao. Control Panel / Add Remove Programmes / MSN MESSENGER > DELETE

tools > options > security > tick "This is a shared computer so dont display my tabs"

if u want a basic one just use windows messenger, runs fast as fcuk and none of the junk.
And if thats not good enough try something like Trillian instead of MSN.

As for the 'Enter text here' you must be really slow, when im taling my cursor is there for a milli second lol.

u dont even have to click in the text box do you?? when ive minimized the convo, and then restored it, i cant type straight away without having to click in there :S

how are you going to add a contact?

actions > add contact.

if you click to two arrows (top left)

then the menus appear.

^^^^ yep what olliee said every thing is still on the main menu bar just removed every thing from on screen

mine is pretty much the same as yours is at the mo, but ive got msn plus installed as well for a few extra features n that. had it like this for years

yer but remember this is on a 7" screen in the car i gota make use of every bit of space dont want "add a gay Contact" when i only use it once a year :'(

i hate LIVE, my PC is decent... but LIVE just lagged like SH!T. the convo's would freeze for 2-3 seconds every time i sent or recieved a message.

The only thing i liked about it was that you were able to chat whilst in appear offline mode.

Voice clips are crap anyway :rasp: if you wanna chat, start a voice conversation

Yep same with my LIVE. There never going back to Msn messenger are they ?? there going to keep making live :'( i got patch on my msn messenger so i can talk while in appear offline mode.
my msn has more patches then a heroin addict

Anyone on windows live can talk to people while offline without a patch :S
