Hi,

On windows live messenger, when you block someone it goes right down the bottom to 'non instant messaging contacts'

how do you unblock them, i have googled and searched on here but no avail.

then in the right hand box should have a list of people that you have blocked, find the email address you have blocked, then click onto it, then click ALLOW
(I have about 15 ppl on my block list lol)
