Birds MSN keeps cutting off but her net stays on... tried everythin i can find on the internet....

i think they may be conflicting programmes/protocalls...

anyone got a fix?

ive had it once before had a conflict with a mate on different router, everytime i tried to send him a file he went off line.

try closing all other proggs running in background,
