My 182 all over the place...

I've always felt that my Clio was a bit on the wavey side, steering would feel light going round a roundabout at normal speeds!

Coming back from work tonight, went round a roundabout about 25mph and the back end was sliding all over the place, managed to keep calm and keep it from spinning. Parked up and went to have a look, no ice what so ever. My tyres are fine too...

Any ideas what could be causing this? A bit scary tbh :(

The same thing happened to me a few years ago, going slowly around a roundabout, 25-30 and the next thing i know i'm facing the other way.

no spare wheel to keep back end planted

carry a dead body in your boot, that helps keep the back end down :p

Mines twitchy at the moment, not worryingly so, tyre pressures??? Possible shock problems?

I have the same problem with my 172 cup. I lowered it a few weeks ago and found my rear shocks are stuffed, so have brought some more

I'd say check your tyre pressures and just accept the possibility there may of been a slight spillage on the road or something?
