My baby is hurt, smart repair or not?

Thanks to a customer at work today not being able to see a black shiney car in perfect sunlight, my car now has a 3 inch scuff on the corner of my rear bumper its very thin, not even visable from 3 feet away but i know its there and its driving me nuts, the lady who did is going to pay for it but im a bit unsure of the finish of these so called smart repairs, will it look perfect again? :S

i wouldnt bother with smart repairs mate, the ammount if rectifications ive had to do over the years is unreal. peeling laquer, reactions, s**t blow ins etc. just get it blown in at a bodyshop or get the whole bumper painted for about £80
