Titanium 182
This was how I first received the car, it had 2 previous female owners and had 89K on the clock, knowing the cars history and previous owners was an advantage as I knew most of what the car had been through. Until I was able to drive I had it sat on my driveway for 3 months, during this time the battery had gone flat so a new battery was needed. The first things I did to it was sprayed the Renault badges on the front and the alloys black, got some aero wiper blades and some xenon headlights. The car how it started off.
I had a subwoofer 1600 watt fitted to the car first, but after two weeks the car had shorted out, luckily it happened outside my house after I had been on a long drive so I didn't have much to worry about I was just worried about getting it started again, after I unplugged it the car worked fine, so currently the sub is sat in my bedroom.
Originally I wanted a 172 sport but after going through insurance it would cost me a lot being a new driver so I decided I was going to keep my current car and turn it into my little project.
I was never a fan off the stock grill and the rear bumper, so I tracked them down, I managed to find a 172 breaking not far from me, and went to collect the parts.
The sports grill fitted in straight away without having to remove the front bumper.
The rear bumper, it straight away made a huge improvement to the look of the car.
After I had them fitted I notice the car was in serious need of a clean
The cleaning process.

one thing I had always wanted was to lower the car. After it had failed the shoe test I got hold of some lowering springs and got them fitted, luckily the guy who I got the bumper off also had the springs for sale.
The springs were 40mm I think, and also got some colour coded side strips and the 172 arch liners for my rear bumper.
The only picture I have of the car lowered so far, in need of a clean before I get a better one.
My next plans for it are to get some better alloys and to get a decent exhaust for a diesel, trying to find a decent one but only been quotes quite a high price so far so looking around for better first. Sorry all the photos are big and portrait, taken them on my iPhone, need to start taking them on a proper camera, but this is how the car stands at the moment.
