My car and reno

Ok hi, As some of you know I had problems with my car at first with the xenon head lamps and the fact that the 100 quid carpet mats were missing.

Since then I have had the xenons corrected but was still pursuing the mats.

I went to Reno again this morning to find out if they were there and was told NO so I asked to speak with the big man (manager) where I was told that because it was a used car they are entitled to put any mats in it as I wasnt the first owner (the car had 10 miles on the clock before I picked it up) ie Reno being the only owner.

OK AND I HEAR YOU SAY...... what pisses me off is that at the time of the sale I was told sorry promised the car would have them for pick up and every time I since I picked the thing up (2 months ago)

Thats so out of order - how can they claim that is second hand if its only done ten miles!!!!!! Absoloute b******s the lot of em. We buy our renaults though and know we are going to get terrible service! But thats just takes the piss.

So are they refusing to put the mats in full stop? What are you going to do?

I told them I was promised and said "so I am quite within my rights to reject the car as It is not as described (172)" He kinda muttred somethin like oh you were promised, we will see abouit that, you have no rights to reject the car!!

Before anyone goes off the head Luxury carpet mats are part of the spec of this car.

Surely the 10m miles is when they drove it from the back of the lorry to the showroom (via Mcdonalds for there f***ing lunch)
