Right, here's the story, got Renault Assistance out who send a guy from a local garage, he tries disconnecting the battery and reconnecting it but that doesn't work, confirms it is the immob that's wrong though. Try and get it booked into Renault the next day and they say they can't take it till tues and can't give me a car in the meantime. Th suggest getting the AA out again and for them to try the battery again but to reset the immob code as well. The AA man then comes out and I show him that it won't start, he then sits in the car turns the key and it starts. I must have tried it like 20 times before including about 10 secs before he tried so what's up with that. Renault are still gonna look at it but I can't get an appointment with a courtesy car till the 17th and then that's still got a £2500 excess on it. Really need work to finish so I can drive my car home and remember why I bought it (if it starts).
