strange that it done so much damage to the clio, done the same in my old mk1 uno turbo ( hit a kerb dead on at 30mph pissing around in snow) and that bent the alloy and bent the wishbone but thats all. i thought a clio would of held up better but maybe he hit it in a bad position, anyway soory again.
i'm glad it wasn't a sport and only my lovely 1.2^
well the suspension was rock solid from been lowered 60mm and the 40profile tyre wont of helped. yeah insurance paying me out for it so i'm on the hunt for a new car!
when i was younger a friend of mine had a turbo badge on the back of his metro it got nicked and recoverd but the insurance never payed out because of it
Bad luck mate ,Tis such a shame to see a nice car dead like that .I really like those wheels ,really suit the car well indeed . What kind are they mate ?
Nightmare mate. Gutted for you. Weren't you moving abroad/selling your car anyway? They sent someone out then to asses it then? How closely do they check it, was there anything you didn't have declared but they just didn't notice?
