The most enormous and IMO best area you can spend money on is colour coding and lowering. Just those together completely transform the Clio. Then look at adding all the extras like wheels, RS skirts and other details.

I agree mate, my only worry is the textured material of the bumpstrips; how well paint would wear on them over time but definetely gonna lower her in the new year on eibachs and hoping to find some good 16" 172 wheels and tyres

Thanks alot mate well my list to do has severely changed since my CS education lol, got my rs grill on mite put pics up but mite wait til its lowered in the new year

Got mine colour coded professionally and the paint takes perfectly. As long as the body shop prep it all well there will be no problems. They also put a thick gloss coat on so its in keeping with the rest of the body.

£4K with 25k on the clocks a bargain ?

Nice car tho mate.

Id be lucky to get that for my 05 plate with 24k on the clocks. And mine is almost mint aside from the small stonce dent in the front bumper.

Yes I know that, we are talking 6 months ago here though, originally bought the car 16th June 2008, so yes it was a very good price, if I were to sell it now id put it at about £3300 though and be confident to get that

Nice car mate, i also just passed my test and have a 1.2 dynamique.
I think i was quite lucky as i got mine with a few bits already fitted (so i didnt have to buy them ).

I am also looking to lower it and colour code it aswell. Getting the eibach springs for christmas and can't wait to fit them, along with a few other parts.

** Slight update **

Finally got round to taking some pics with the RS grille on.

Front, side and rear bumpstrips, aswell as door handles soon to be colour coded, after that its Eibach sportlines and 172 wheels if I can find a decent set

Also needs new plates as you can see im promoting arnold clark atm and needs a good PC, paying Curley off here to come and sort that soon
