Looks a bit odd that power keeps increasing right up to 7500+ rpm then disappears suddenly.
Its the geometry of the intake and exhaust manifolds and the cam timing that determine the revs that maximum power is developed at, and you haven't changed any of those things, but somehow the maximum power revs have moved up 1000 rpm from standard.
Then ther's the big hole in the torque curve at 3750 rpm. It looks like something other than what you've listed is changed.
