my gear box fell off...

my gearbox fell out about 2 weeks ago, but I have come back from DK and was to be told it is classed as wear and tear?

My arse... what can I do? anything?

The g/b mountings broke if that is any help?

How old is your car and how many miles has it done???

thats what happened to mine but in my case it really was wear and tear.

If its under warranty then get the garage to sort it out.
