My Horn does not work?

Hi just bought my new toy and found that the horn does not work? I have checked fuse, thats ok, any suggestions?

Connections on the horn itself or connection on the bit you press.

Its behind the passenger side real arch if you wish to have a look. I think the clip can get a bit rusty with rain water.
