Okay so this is my car :

It's a 1.2 Dynamique Billabong (incase you didnt know but you probably do!)
I've been doing some research on mods I can do... and most of them are extreme and look a wee bit tacky in my option. Therefore... I'm going for subtle plans at the moment...

The headlights have yellowed so need to sort that out
Going to colour code all the black plasticy bits (and the funny silver bit above the glove box)
Going to change the grille, probably to an RS grille
Possibly thinking of putting some turbines on it...
And eventually lower it.

Any other ideas or suggestions are welcome!
And I shall keep this thread updated with the progress

Lows will be needed if you put turbines on imo. If you take grades 1500, 2000 and 2500 and wet n dry your headlights they will come up like new with a bit of polish after

Nice plans you have there. Tidying a non sport up is the best thing you can do. I wasted so much money on my 1.4 (although it was fun ).

Thanks Dr Jekyll... I will try that! I think the headlights will be my first thing to do... Looks a bit yuky haha

Haha thanks Will, I didnt want to chuck a body kit on it or anything like that... They always look so chavvy. I was hoping to get a Lupo for my first car and I had BIG plans for that, turning it into a show car etc but I think that'll be a project in a few years!

You've made the right choice going for a clio over a lupo IMO.

After a year or two driving it, you will be tempted to try a 172/182 and then you will be hooked.

I still want a Lupo, I love them... Something about the surprised headlights Love it. I'd go for a Lupo GTI if I bought one in a few years... although I'd never have all the extras that my Clio's got in a Lupo! Love all my little extras Dont get me wrong, I love my little Clio. I was a bit sceptical before I bought it but now I think it was a good choice and I've been told it suits me. So all is good!

So my boyfriend and I attacked my headlights... They are no longer yellow but still slightly cloudy.

They certainly look A LOT better now either way!

Oh and also, my speakers were fuzzing which was getting particularly annoying, so I bought some Fli front door speakers and tweeters to install and a brand new Pioneer headunit (that changes colour =D)
Now this we thought would be pretty explanatory, but to install the tweeters, the dash had to come off ! So my boyfriend and I got to work!

Night shot of the headunit, I put the colour to turquoise to match my car

I also got the leaky roof repaired, a specialist came out and took my roof apart, sealed it to death and put it all back together! So no more wet bum for me =D
Since the leakyness was fixed, I got the inside of my car valeted and the seats steam cleaned to remove all the water marks, also got the engine bay cleaned. It looks brand new. =) I am very happy with it.
