Try your luck. If the splitter was fitted from new, will have little holes from the self tapping screws under the front bumper where splitter goes. Point these out and say its missing and you're not happy

nope, ive had a go at renault today i spent another wasted day there, ive got the name of the DM's PA... so sending a letter! apparently the salesman said "like i said yesterday they just rip off anyway, i wouldnt bother, and anyway there about £200" this is after i said "ive got both cup packs on my car it should have it" and stared at me not knowin what the hell i was on about! and then admitted "i dont know" "well yes it has BOTH CUP packs" grrrr so hopfully i may get it from the sheer messin about theve done

Renault Sutton Park Rugby are as usless i bought my first car from there and they sold it to me sayin it had one owner, when i got the log book i was the 3rd, and it was only 3 yrs old! then i went to see what was wrong with it and they tried to sell me a 1.2 16v cause it would be quicker than the 1.2 8v GROW UP!!! i know it would be but who in the right mind changes the car for the sake of 8v! :quiet:
