To be honest, those 6x9s are going to be pretty useless. I have those subs in my car, and really, the 6x9s will be drowned out. Your components and subs will be enough. I reccommend the Kenwood KAC7252 for running those subs.
btw, if your going to amplify the 2 subs, & the 2 sets of speakers, youll need a 4 channel amp

bad call on the 6x9's tbh. not only will you not need them but they wont do much with those subs about unless they are completely seperated from them as the waves will be intersected etc. Not sure how to explain it but think of it as water. two different ripples, as the waves meet they distort and break down etc - its much the same with sound.
Would have probs been good to get components not coaxials as they clios have seperate tweeter locations and components improve sound much better

Not always a good idea changing the standard tweeters seperately - and deffo not it you do it with coaxials!!
I definitelt remember pioneer doing a few sets though

As for the 6x9 debate.... you car apply the "Low-pass" filter (IIRC) to the rear speakers and set the frequency so as to direct only higher frequencies to the 6x9s. I did this in my mk1 1.2 with all pioneer and it sounded amazing. I currently am running the filter on front and back speakers as bass frequencies are only from the sub.

not sure if it's the "High-pass" or "Low pass" filter you need, settings on the Head Unit should be self explanitory..

Its an excellent amp, and if set up properly It will power your full system nicely. You might also wanna think about getting a power cap If you're getting all that equipment put in IMO

tHERE IS NO WAY AN INSTALL WILL SOUND BETTER WHEN YOU ARE RUNNING SUBS IF YOU PUT 6X9S ABOVE THEM. tHE AIR BEING MOVED BY THE SUBS MOVES THE 6X9S AND WILL BLOW THEM. iF YOU BOX 6X9S THEN THEY WILL STILL BRING THE SOUNDSATGE BACK AND YOU DONT WNAT THAT IF YOU WANT DECENT SOUND QUALITY!
