Not.... :approve:
I love my ph1 172 even more now then before. The acceleration feels so much better now that I have got a new accelerator cable fitted. This has been the only problem I have had since buying the car. £24.50 for the part from Renualt. The old acclerator cable snapped, didnt look pretty when I saw the snapped cable.
Then I took the car in for a MOT and it passed with flying colours. The MOT and Mechcanic were surprised that 3 of the tyres are still the same tyres from when the car was bought brand new from renualt 8 years ago. I dont drive the car that much.
It has hit 38500 on the clock and I plan to keep it tucked in for a while as I have just purchased myself a mountain bike to ride to work.
I was planning to sell the ph1, but really, I cant... I love it too much.
Everyone I have spoken to, i.e Mike/Dave @ Rentech, few members, etc cannot believe how good condition my 172 is. I am proud of my ph1, it makes me glad I did not purchase the Cup instead, but then who knows, I might get tempted later
Hope to have another years worth of happy driving, and the only thing that will need changing in the future will be, wiper blades, bulbs or tyres.
Thanks for reading my ghey essay:rasp: woot!
