my Piper X induction kit

Just got my induction kit for my 1.2 16v this morning. I fitted it earlier and went for a test drive, it dont sound any different, why is this? It says that there is a sport roar but there isnt!! Its from K-tec

but it aint!! i thought perhaps it needs to wear in, but it jus sounds standard. although the acceleration feels a lot smoother.
