You can get tilt / shock sensor which protects your wheels. And glass break sensor as well.

Probably not... they are for glass break or if there is a pressure change inside the car.

You need the tilt / motion senors to be on the steering mechanism inorder to get the above outcome

I would of said yes mate,

The two things on your pillars are motion detectors if someone gains entry to the car...

If you pm me my mate is an electrician and I can get them cheaper than any 'alarm specialist' all you would have to do is get it fitted.

standard 606's have full perimeter protection with interior ultrasonics.
They will cause the alarm to sound if the boot/bonnet/doors are opened or if someone gains entry to the car through the window (ultrasonics)
you can get dual stage shock sensors, which will emit a warn away or trigger the full alarm depending on how hard the shock to the car is.
Dual zone microwave will emit a warn away if someone just gets too close to the car, it will trigger a full alarm if the interior 'bubble' is disturbed

i have fitted one to a 606 before, it just depends if it has been installed correctly, my wasnt so i could easily just plug it into the alarm unit itself.
Ideally the 606's should be installed with the steel case (to retain cat1 approval) i would advise speaking to the person who installed the alarm as they would be the best bet
