my windscreens fecked!

drove to station and realised i have a 10 inch crack on windscreen from middle of bottom, goes up 5 inches and then turns 90 degrees, cant feel it either inside or outside car, no visible damage ie chips, havnt driven car for a few days from it being parked safely by driveway, any idea what could have caused it ???????

Small stone hitting it and cold weather. Ive got a few small cracks that you can barely see on mine, probably one like that expanding in the cold whether.

Mine looks horrendous, it looks like its been sand blasted! Lots of little craters everywhere.

Just had it replaced, was a tiny chip in black area at bottom of windscreen, £50 excess, could have done without paying but guess its not bad
