My Xbox 360..

Bleedin' died last night!! Well the DVD drive did, all I get now is a message saying "Unplayable disc" All I did was go to the dashboard after playing some gears of war so I could change discs for testdrive unlimited. The console was making some terrible noises. The bloody thing is four months old and probably been used for no more than 150 hours. The PS2 I have had that since 2001 has never had a problem. :(

  Golf 7R
Same has happened to mine! I rang them up ( after sitting in an automated queue for 30mins) they have offered to have it taken away and fixed, i declined saying it was not good enough, so they are replacing my console!

  Mito Sportiva 135
I don't own a 360 (yet!) but apparently Microsoft are very good at replacing faulty consoles. Unlike Apple with their rubbish iPods!

  Scenic mk1 (F3R)
mine is 6 months old and ive just flashed the drive might be worth your while looking on ebay for a pre flashed samsung drive

  Clio MK2 (1.2)
i used to have 1 didnt have any probz atall, 1 thing i heard was if the big Transformer or wateva its called goes to Hot it can cause the Xbox to start playin around, therefore you need to let some Air at it. if u look on Ebay can get extra fans, and that will plug in the back ov the xbox and cool it down better,.. worth a try !

Sorry to hear that mate. I am on my 3rd and hardly used to play it.
1st - Wouldnt read discs and was asking me to put them in an Xbox360 console!
2nd - 3 red lights on front and wouldnt do anything else (only had it back a week)
3rd - Still working - touch wood.

Just call Xbox, they are really helpful and will swap your console, both of mine came back in about a week.

All boxed up and ready to go.. I wouldn't mind, but I've positively changed in terms of temprement when playing games. A few years i'd throw the controller, bash the console - in fact I remember throwing my sega game gear out of my bedroom window and I used to bite my sinclair spectrum (rubber keyboard one - the plus was too chunky) when I'd lose at a game. This is the first console/computer I've owned that has died a death through natural causes. I swear I never touched it - god's honest truth.
