N00b here, new to clios and...... driving!

Hey guys, I'm getting my first car on sunday, a lovely, filthy, not been cleaned since christmas...... ph2 172 cup.
The reason I'm getting a car before passing my test is because it will give me motivation to actually get my test done. Same with bikes, got a bike and had my test done within a month.
Can't wait to get out and drive it, I've been out in it a lot (buying it off a friend) so I know as much about it as the current owner. I'll get some pics as soon as I have it and some more once it's had a good clean!

Hopefully I can be of some help to others once I've got to know the car and replaced a few bits too.

Hope you have got self restraint as a 172 as a first car is not a good idea imo (insurance prices and the chance of crashing). Good luck with it though.

I'm 24, 25 in August and quotes are very cheap compared to your typical starter cars so that won't be a problem.
luckily I'm past the 'drive fast everywhere' phase, I've been on bikes for years and know its just not possible unless you have a death wish. There's a time and place for everything.

Yeah hopefully everything will be alright. What does scare me is the amount of 17/18 year olds with starlets and the like, driving like the roads are empty. Berks.
