Software is mostly the same but theres added things like GPS etc etc

There's no "card" on the 8gb. The memory is built in and there's no external card slot.

Bigger screen, the 8gb has 128mb of ram (64mb on the N95), better battery life, better GPS, and Ngage.

With the latest v30 firmware you'd struggle to notice the difference.

The n95 8gb screen is superior though.
