NCB Evidence

We have recently changed insurers and they have written us a letter saying the need proof of the NCB.
What can I send off? Does it have to be the renewal notice recieved when the policy was due for expiry? (I think we may have shreded it Eek )
Or can it be just one of the older policy proposals?

I was hoping it could be done without talking to them. I always manage to miss there opening hours. Ill write them a letter in that case.

If you call up your insurance company, they can just send you a letter out confirming you NCB.... think its a pretty standard thing that happens as people shop about for a better deal come renewal date...

yeah i had to do this - one quick phone call and got a letter the day after with my proof

Pass on your old insurance policy no. and get your new company to chase it up.
