Need a lens, which one?

I want a 80-200/300 or something like that for my D40, but it must have the auto focus because I know the d40 doesnt have a focus motor or something like that.

I have a budget of £150.

I'd go for the Nikon 55-200mm AF-S VR DX for about £100
