need a new plip help please

hey all my plip just died its for a 2000 1.4 s renault want 180 plus the vat to replace and recode it is there anywere else i can buy an uncoded key ?

There's a guy on eBay that can fix it have a look

micro switch came off and so did the solder pads it completely destroyed
