Need a new stereo!! Please help me :)

Hi all!

Well the last modification I need to do with regards to my car is fit an aftermarket stereo.

Here is how my car currently stands btw.

I want to pick up a good stereo (£150 budget but would rather pay less) that I can hook up to my IPOD and KEEP the steering wheel controls. I understand I'll need the additional lead for this but don't know where to obtain it?

Please throw your suggestions at me!!
