Need A Trim!

Anyone know the proper name for the plastic trim that fits on the pillar of the drivers door and slots into the door card? Mine won't stay in the door card and it's annoying me, one of two minor problems!

yeah thats the one, it doesnt sit in the door card properly and its pissing me off, i think the lower foot is broke. all the clips are fine

Thanks for the help, it wasn't broke just slightly distorted, straightened it and refitted it, not quite perfect, but much better than it was!
