Need compbrake top mount part.

Anyone know where I can get the tube spacers for the compbrake solid top mounts(The spacer that sleeves over the shock rod, it sits between top of strut and bottom of top mount and its about 1/2 inch in height). I'm going to try Compbrake on Monday(Again), but last time I asked they didn`t seem to know what I was talking about and sent me the sleeve nuts instead... I`ve looked around on ebay and can`t seem to find anything similar.
