Need help car dieing out when started and when driving please help

it happened bout 2 weeks ago, wen i start the car it sits away below 1000 revs and starts to splutter and then seems to die out until i give it a rev, then when i take off it will start to die out between 2-3000 revs, starts to splutter and i have to drop it down a gear to get it above them revs.

i have changed
spark plugs
coilpack
cold start sensor
oxygen sensor
also serviced the car.

also it seem to only happen when i ran the car on the red light for while.

any help would be welcomes

its a clio 04 1.2 16v

i have tyred my mechanic and he found no faults,

i am booked into renault tomarro as they said they have a more advanced computer

just wanted to know if anyone on here could give me some advice.
i think it is something to do with the engine and recieving fuel.

im driving in any gear just seems to start cutting out and spluttering
