Need help fast! blocking people on my wireless.

long story short, im on virgin 30mb, i am the admin and have access to the router and i want to block a specific laptop from accessing the internet.
in the router itself i have found port blocking. now i think i no the Ip address of the laptop but it requires me to enter ports in and out?? how do i know which ports to close?
any help would be greatly appriciated

cant you just allow a certain IP address? i did that on my old VM router

no problem i found it, its under a section of my router called MAC filtering or IP filtering
