Right, so this would probably of been moved if put in GC and this narrows it down to more people likely to know, any help as little as possible is appreciated.

That's the story but to save you reading the link the car were looking for is described as:
A driver was spotted travelling in the opposite direction, from Sudbury towards Bury St Edmunds, and police are now asking them to come forward as they might have seen the crash.
The car is described as a blue hatchback with blacked-out windows and a PG Tips monkey hanging from the rear bumper.
It's likely they are from the Bury, Sudbury or stowmarket area. Any one that recognises the car or description please contact me, if you know them let them know they aren't in trouble if they did think they had done anything illegal. Police are just trying to patch it together as to what happened.
