Problem is still no spark in engine but its turning over when it wants to..
Changed Coil Pack/Ht Leads/Spark Plugs/TDC sensor..
now weve checked everything over, but i noticed that on the connection for the coilpack there was 3pins.. but on the coilpack there was 4?. checked the wiring for the connector and theres only 3 wires running along the whole loom for it...
Could it be this??
Other things in minde are earth connections...
how many earth connections are there? 1/2/3 ??
only one i can see is stuck on the gearbox .. preety sure there must be more..
Battery is still original 7 years old now, so might be worth changing i think..
On the whole subject, my starter seems to stick sometimes, so we have to rock the car backwords and forward this does release it, (maybe as the car hasnt moved in such a time)!
1 last thing, which im dreading about is could all this be Immobilisier Related? causing the engine not to spark?
havnt got internet at home BT facked the lines up
