I Can Only Get 1-2 Speeds On My Hearters In My Valver I Think Its The Rearstat Is This True If So Were Is It ?????

Its the switch or the wiring looms.
Take the panel off and check the connection.

Mine did it I never fixed it if you switch back to 0 then up again it worked and never bothered me that much.

Yep i never ixed it though its the switch the connection the wiring loom. Unlikly to eb fan as its just resisters which chnage the fan speed.

so really i just need to get a switch or does the loom need replacing ? ?

its common on the mk1 clios for the connecters on the switch panels to burn out, u can get the bits easily from scrappys tho

check the plug and socket on ur switch and connector, if its on the loom u can patch a new one in using terminal blocks from a diy store, i got a new switch from a scrappy, I patched a new connecter into the loom on my old valver and it worked fine

is it easy get the switch out?

It could be 1 of 3 things.
Either the dropper resistor on the blower,
The plug/connections going into the dropper,
Or the plug/connections on the back on the control panel.

i take it that getting to the resistor on the blower is not easy ???

Just need to take the scuttle panel off.
