Need Help Quickly Please...

right i have my car in bits, its a mk 2 ph2 clio, atm i am colour coding it, i have anything off side strips, wing mirrors, spoiler, bullets, all i need now is the plastic strip on the front and back bumper, i nearly have the back off there are big clips either side which i dont wont to snap forcing them out and i have no idea how to get to get the front plastic bit of the bumper off.

really need help to get these last too bits off before it dark.

PITA tbh. Very difficult to do. Just have to keep tugging at them

Sometimes actually easier to take the bumpers off and prise the clips out from behind.

The clips have a pyramid shame on them which doesn't like coming out!
