Need Help!

Hello there

I can not decide what clio to buy next ? I want either a clio 200 cup or a 197 F1, with recaro seats, boot spolier and and yellow inserts for the rev counter in either white(for the 200 cup) or yellow(197 F1). they are both about the same price the 200 cup is £2000 more than the 197 F1. I do alot of motoway driving and a little driving round town. I drive a fiesta 1.25 at the mo and i am looking for something that will put a smile on my face. I was going to get an fiesta ST but i did a bit of a search and come up with the clio's they have 50ish more BHP than the ST. Also i do like to mod cars as well, so i would do little mods to either car.

Anyone any ideas which one to buy?

doesnt the 200 have a much better engine than the 197? plus it would be in warranty which is always a bonus.

There is not much i really dislike about them both, the 197 has 3 less BHP than the 200 cup but that is nothing.
I am a bit worried about the build quailty of the clio but as long as the thing will not break down every 50 miles than i will be alright it it.

The 200 cup is roungly around the 09 plate so yes it will be under warrenty but dont renault give you a 3 year warrenty? with there cars any wayz?

200. Only had mines a day and I love it.

Also look at the FF 200, it was only £10 more a month over the cup. The gearbox is better in the 200, you get more 'low down' than a 197.

I test drove F1 197 and the 200 with verry little time between and the 200 nailed it hands down.

The FF 200 what a car that is. only thing is tho they are quite hard to come buy secand hand i am not buying one brand new loose too much money on it.

Have you looked at the pcp deals? They worked out the same price as buying a 197 for me hence why I got one!
