Need some advice on the clutchcable issue

ive just done a search on clutch cable and read alot of the posts about them snapping.



5 months ago mine snapped on my willy 2, i got the new cable from reno and got a local garage to fit it, it has now snapped again!

where do i go from here, i phoned the garage and i have to take it down on tuesday for them to have a look at it.

do reno parts have some kind of warranty? will they replace it for me? its only 5 months on, so....

am i goin to have to get a new pedal to resolve it snapping in future?

any advice grateful, thanks

if you still have the reciept then youll get a new cable under parts warranty(the part only not fitted). is the clutch pedal heavy?

nah mate its not heavy and i dont have the invoice, fuk, will it not be on file, the sale i mean?

no reciept/no invoice,i doubt you will be able to make a parts warranty claim im afraid. normally the cables snap prematurely because the clutch is a bit old and getting heavy but if yours is ok then your probably just unlucky.
