Afaik subframe, wishbones, driveshafts, hubs & possibly steering rack is what you need.

All I know is that I'd not be doing that amount of work to a 1.2. Way more hassle than it's worth.

I'm gonna be keeping this car for a while and I can the parts dirt cheap so I just need to know what I need to give it as wide a track as the clio 1*2

It is a lot of work to do on the 1.2. Why will you have it a while? Not worth saving your money and then in a year swap it for something quicker / a 172?

Parts should be readily available though.

I will have it a while because I'm still in college at the moment and money isn't a constant income so I'm just gonna stick with this for a year or two then change my car for something faster or just get a faster motorbike who knows but at the minute I want my car track to be wider so is there any solutions other than spacers ?

Spacers will be easier, else it's subframe etc as above.

The size of the spacers will determine how quickly the bearings will get goosed. I've got 15 mm all round, but some run upto 25 mm without too many problems.

Yeah thanks mate what would I need if I was going to use the subframe ect like a list of parts that I would need ?

You can't buy pattern lower arms for a 1*2. So you have to buy genuine, so you won't get those dirt cheap.

You'll need to fit 1*2 struts, hubs, drive shafts, brakes, track rods and ends, anti roll bar.

Personally I'd just use spacers, but it's your choice, I have spacers on my 172.

I have a subframe here you can have for £10 and an ARB for £5, if that's cheaper than the breakers...will have some other parts, but as mentioned above, spacers would be easier.....

If you are only going to have it a year or two, and money isnt a constant income for you, why not just go spacers, rather than modify the entire running gear which you will then pay through the nose to your insurer for?
Have you rang them and asked what these modifications will cost you? You can get spacers for 30-50 odd quid a pair.
