Need some new 185/55/15's

  Suzuki Ignis Sport
Time has come for 2 front new tyres. Want something ok for normal road and normal driving. It's a 1.2 16v, so don't need anything for track days etc. Decent tyres, but nothing over £80 a tyre! Thanks guys!

Would 195/50/15 be ok for my car? Not really sure how they differ than the 185/55/15's? Thicker? Would I feel a difference?

Its a very very common change to make. Its 10mm wider but very slightly lower profile. In theory it'll have more grip and be a slightly harder ride but if you can feel the difference between 2 tyres of the same kind then you're doing well!

I see! My car isn't lowered or anything, so would they still run fine? It's all legal etc? As you say, they're much much cheaper.. so I might get 4 195/50/15's tbh!

If everyone does it, I'll jump on the bandwagon. Daniel, where are those prices from? I will need them fitting too!

I need them fitting aswell though, where shall I look? Camskill is good, but don't offer fitting!

I'm gonna move to these 195/50/15's, get some of those Uniroyal Rainsports that everyone talks about. Then I need them fitting and then tracking. Might order some off Camskill, then ring around locally for quotes :)

Ordered some rainsports and they've put me bloody rainexpert on. They much difference? I only have a 1.2 :)
