need to know a code please help ?

Yesterday my engine management light came on on the way home , but this morning it would not start, also the immobiliser light is on aswell when i turn the key now. its turning but not firing, i guess the immobiliser is cutting off the fuel
the codes PIP00 and POI30 came up on the fault reader, it wont start on a tow either, can anybody help please, its too cold to be under the bonnet in this weather .. :-S
