Need your help guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've bought some white dials, having tried to put them on today, when i connected the clocks back to the dash the clocks read totally out, and i don't know what to do!

I had to remove the needles to put the white dials on, is this something to do with it, and how do i fix it!

Anyone have the answer!

you put the needles on in the wrong position

I've sorted them by turnin the ignition on and then puttin the needles on but the water temp lights up and the needle shoots straight round
