Right guys what settings am I going to loose if i reset the router to default?

Will I still have internet connectivity when the router boots up again?

The GF's little sisters ex-bf has altered all the internet settings changed all passwords etc so i cant log on as admin onto the router or anything and they have no idea of the network key.

No neighbors to piggy back off either

If you do a hard reset(with the reset pinhole) then you will require the broadband username and password again.

Have you tried admin and password as the username/password?

Yeah tried it.

Usernames passwords all the standard rigmaroll. Even tried the defaults i used to use on cisco routers in the hope the previous idiot used one of them.

they were about 16 when they set it up and like kids they dont talk now.. lol

where can i get the broadband username password from?

If its cable then you won't need any login passwords, if its ADSL you will lose the login details.

Its ISP dependant wether you need a Username and Password to access their broadband.

Ring up - although my sky one doesn't have any ISP login details it's locked in if that helps
