Network search tool - PC info

Is there a tool which I can download which will enable me to search all computers on my network to list the following

PC name
IP and
amount of RAM?

hmm you'll need some sort of inventorying program..not free mostly though.

trackit is what we have used...landesk can do it though among others.

We use Altiris, not free but it does the job.
