Has anyone experienced repeated failures of new Cup rear shocks at all?
I fitted brand new genuine rears to my 172 Cup last year, covered about 3,000 miles with a ring trip & 1 trackday and no issues with them.
Whilst parked up back in March, walked past the car to see a puddle of oil at the back & found 1 of the shocks had popped, bit annoying but put it down to "s**t happens" so got another new one.
Yesterday, come to the the car to see another puddle of oil at the back coming from the shock on the opposite side.
Has anyone else experienced this? Was there a dodgy batch of them made or am I just plain unlucky?
